Eric Maluk has an extensive history in the mortgage industry. Having being the owner of A-Plus Mortgage LLC, manager at First NLC, Northpointe Bank, and now Semper Home Loans, Eric has honed his skills over the years. Eric grew up in Coventry RI and currently resides there with his wife and daughter. He is actively involved in children’s sports sponsorship ranging from sponsoring youth racing to sponsoring youth football teams in the local areas. Eric is also involved in many charity fundraisers including raising money for the Children’s Wish Foundation of RI, The Make a Wish foundation and The Rhode Island Chapter of Pink Heals.
